Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutomateFreely application and related services (the "Service") provided by Automate Freely ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must only connect Facebook or Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Description of the Service

AutomateFreely provides automation tools that connect to Facebook and Instagram through Meta's official APIs, allowing you to automate actions such as replying to messages and comments, scheduling content, and managing interactions on accounts you control. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Acceptable use and anti-spam policy

You are responsible for how you use the Service and for all content and messages sent through it. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive automated direct messages (DMs).
• Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines, Facebook's Community Standards, the Meta Platform Terms, or any other applicable Meta policy.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Artificially inflate engagement, or use the Service in a manner that could get your account or ours restricted by Meta.
• Collect, scrape, or store data in violation of Meta's policies or applicable law.
• Automate interactions in a way that is deceptive, manipulative, or that circumvents rate limits or platform safeguards.

You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. when using the Service. Misuse of automation — particularly abusive or spam DMs — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the messages, replies, and content you configure the Service to send, and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms, Meta's policies, and applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact the recipients of messages you send.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that could harm other users, us, or the Meta platform. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data accessed through the Facebook and Instagram APIs.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will always be compatible with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, which may change their APIs or policies at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Freely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any account restrictions imposed by Meta as a result of your use.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
